Phuntsok Cho Ling

Meditation center in Rotterdam

Meditation center

Phuntsok Chö Ling was founded by the Tibetan Buddhist teacher Lama Jigmé Namgyal. All his activities and achievements are dedicated to the memory of his teacher Khenpo Jigmé Phuntsok Rinpoche. The name Phuntsok Chö Ling was given to the center by Kyabjé Trulshik Rinpoche, the teacher of HH the 14th Dalai Lama, who passed away in 2011.

Tibetan Buddhism has a unique view on the well-being and happiness of people. Under the leadership of Lama Jigmé, we want to build a bridge between an age-old peace culture of wisdom and compassion and the Western way of life. Lama Jigmé connects his profound knowledge to our reality and views and therefore makes Tibetan wisdom accessible to everyone regardless of religion, age or background.
