Fenix warehouse I

The newly renovated Fenix I Loods offers space for loft homes but also for various cultural institutions.

Phoenix I

The Fenix I Loods on Katendrecht is a very special building. This building used to be used by the Holland America Line, but has since been completely renovated. On top of the warehouse, 212 loft homes were built and completed in 2019. During construction, we did not look for contrast, but for the merging of the old warehouse and new homes. Furthermore, the warehouse provides a home for various other things.

Culture Cluster

The Culture Cluster consists of Conny Janssen Danst, Codarts Circus training and Circus Rotjeknor. These courses have the necessary training space in the warehouse and use this together. In these various places there are spontaneous meetings between these different authorities, but there is also sufficient opportunity for privacy.
