How do you listen to a place that has existed for centuries? Discover it during this forest bath at Buitenplaats De Tempel.
On International Indigenous Peoples' Day, we reflect on the relationship between humans and nature. During this forest bath, we draw inspiration from traditions in which the land, trees, water, and animals are seen as part of a living community of which humans are a part.
Country estate De Tempel provides a special setting for this. Amidst old trees, tranquil water features, and historic avenues, we take the time to listen to what this place reveals. We slow down, open our senses, and pay attention to the living world around us.
The program consists of a nature meditation, invitations, a slow walk, and a tea ceremony in the greenery. No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
