Brotherflow Men's Circle at OASE

Welcome back to another season of Brotherflow Men’s Circles at OASE. We know it can sometimes be hard to open up and feel truly heard as a man. That’s why we’re restarting our monthly circle for those who feel too much and say too little. This is a space to speak from the heart, be witnessed, and put down some of the weight of doing everything alone. No fixing, no pretending, no pressure to share more than you want to. What is shared in the circle, stays in the circle. We begin with grounding and an open Heart Circle, where you’re invited to share your thoughts, stories, or feelings in a space of acceptance and deep listening. Afterwards, we move to the OASE bar for a relaxed hour of conversation and connection. Brotherflow is a laboratory for new masculinities, exploring softness, strength, vulnerability, and connection through community, ritual, creativity, and play.
