After Amsterdam, Antwerp, Brussels and Barcelona, there is now also a Gyojasang Korean BBQ in Roterdam. Mauritsweg 6 is home to this contemporary restaurant concept where guests grill their own meat at the table.
The name Gyojasang refers to the traditional Korean dinner table: a place that symbolises connection and eating together. The menu features tasty highlights such as succulent galbi, wagyu flank steak and the exclusive Wagyu A5. Also, homemade gimbap, crispy dumplings and Korean fried chicken. Vegetarians will find tofu gimbap and colourful yachae plates.
The cocktail menu features creative drinks such as the fresh Yakult Strawberry Fusion and the sparkling White Peach Seoul Spark. Besides cocktails, there are also non-alcoholic mocktails and the traditional combination of beer and soju, Somaek.
The interior exudes a modern, warm atmosphere with clean lines and vibrant details reminiscent of bustling Seoul. There is also a photobooth with props as well as a photo spot in the style of a Korean bus stop.
