Chez Jan arrives at Rotterdam Central Station

In 2017, Chez Jan introduced its own version of the hot dog. With its own kink, in meat and veg, its own bun and its own sauce. All from the Rotterdam area. The first sausages were sold from a food truck. This was followed by hotdog stalls at festivals, permanent stalls in Ahoy and a temporary counter in Station Bergweg. Now there is a temporary branch at Rotterdam Central Station.

The pop-up can be found next to the escalator to track 2. There are three different versions. There is the classic with sauerkraut, pickles, hotdog sauce and fried onions as toppings. The spicy hot dog is accompanied by atjar, sriracha mayo and fried onions. The smoker comes with homemade coleslaw, barbecue sauce and fried onions.

The venue is set up to bring hot dogs quickly and is open until early December.
