Gangnam Chicken lands at Botersloot

After Amsterdam and The Hague, Gangnam Chicken is opening a new branch at Botersloot 18A. The opening will be celebrated on the weekend of 19 December with special promotions and activities. Among other things, visitors can spin the Wheel of Fortune and take advantage of various deals. At the new branch, guests can enjoy both on site and order online for takeaway.

Inspired by Seoul's street food culture, three friends travelled to the Gangnam district, where they delved into the world of Korean Fried Chicken. In Amsterdam, they developed their own recipe: juicy chicken, double-fried for an extra crispy bite, combined with homemade sauces, sweet, spicy or both. That successful formula is now being extended to Rotterdam.

''I am proud to bring Gangnam Chicken to Rotterdam," says Gianni Sadhoe, owner of the new outlet. "Rotterdam deserves good Korean Fried Chicken. The Botersloot, around the corner from the Market Hall and the Meent, is the perfect place to make that happen. I can't wait until the doors open and the city can taste for itself what Gangnam Chicken stands for."
