Zomer in het groen – Bosbad in de tuinen van Museum Overschie

You don't have to leave Rotterdam to get the feeling that you've truly gotten away from it all. Tucked away behind the historic Dorpsstraat in Overschie lie the Museum Gardens: a green world of old fruit trees, flowers, herbs, and birdsong where summer follows its own pace.

During this forest bath, we take the time to be truly present in this special place. We begin with a nature meditation and then receive invitations that help us experience the gardens with renewed awareness. Sometimes you move through the garden alone, sometimes we meet again in a circle. Slowly, space opens up for wonder, joy, and unexpected encounters with the living world around you.

We conclude the afternoon with a tea ceremony amidst the greenery. A few hours in which nothing needs to be achieved and in which summer reveals itself as it is: slow, rich, and full of life.
