Tasha

On 2 November, Tasha is coming to V11 for a special show by BIRD x V11. The Chicago-born, New York-based songwriter and musician makes music that floats somewhere between indie, folk, soul, and pure singer-songwriter magic; intimate, layered, and full of feeling. With her new album You Are Spring!, Tasha opens the door to a world full of colour, warmth, and new life. Her songs feel like a deep breath after a long winter: soft, clear, and at the same time full of strength. The album is released on Bayonet Records and follows her critically acclaimed All This and So Much More from 2024, which was released after her involvement in the Tony Award-winning Broadway production Illinoise. V11 is the perfect setting for Tasha’s sound: small, raw, and close, with just enough space for the subtle details and emotional charge of her music.
