Grace Mulvey
GiganticaIrish comedian Grace Mulvey is coming to Comedy Club Haug in Rotterdam with her European debut tour Gigantica. Fresh back from the Edinburgh Fringe and straight onto our stage: a warm hour of stand-up about family, identity and one very big head.
‘Gigantica’ is the European debut tour of Irish comedian and winner of a BBC comedy award Grace Mulvey. Fresh from a critically acclaimed run at the Edinburgh Fringe, ‘Gigantica’ is ‘Guaranteed floor-to-ceiling laughs’
Grace has a huge head. Physically. Not egotistically. Grace dares to tackle a controversial topic – is it an insult to tell a woman she looks like her father? From her toddler niece who has a boyfriend sooner than she does, to her father’s memory that is deteriorating and Grace’s big face being the only thing he still recognizes. This warm, laugh-out-loud show is about parents, identity, and finding joy in the things you cannot escape.
This show is in English.
