Luuk Weggemans (The Hague, 1997) is one of the biggest unknown comedy talents in the country. He started with comedy in 2022, was in the finals of the Groningen Student Cabaret Festival a year later and won the jury and audience award of the Amsterdam Student Cabaret Festival. In 2024 he was in the finals of Cameretten, where he won both the audience and personality award. The jury and press were unanimously enthusiastic.

Now Luuk is going to the theatre with his very first full-length show. Trying out new things without being polished, picking the best out of the cake, that's what the try-outs are all about. Sometimes accurate jokes, sometimes going off the rails. Sometimes beautiful songs, sometimes musical blunders. But it will definitely be hilarious.
