Hailing from the misty port city of Rotterdam, L'orne evoke feelings of melancholy through their mix of doomy post-rock, ethereal slowcore, psychedelic noise-rock and anything that flirts with the unpredictable and the unhinged. L'orne wins over their audience with enough drama and dynamics, and silences them with their surprising emotional compositions and catchy live visuals.
Last year the band released their first album called and I fell asleep forever, which included the song Philia, which was voted Best Track at the Rotterdam Music Awards 2024. In 2025 the band will focus on their biggest project to date.
