Signals are missed, intervention comes too late, and the child's voice fades into the background. How do we ensure that children do not get lost between the police, youth care, the judiciary, and support services? And what does it require of politics and policy to truly place children's rights at the center, as the Netherlands has agreed to do in various treaties?
