JODOKCELLO

Jodok Vuille was born on May 4, 1988, in the Emmental region of Switzerland and grew up on an organic farm. In this peaceful, natural environment, he developed a strong connection with music at an early age. At the age of six, he began playing the cello, which marked the beginning of his musical career.

He pursued a classical music education at the Lucerne University of Music, where he obtained his bachelor's degree in 2011. He subsequently specialized further and earned two master's degrees, including a concert diploma. Moreover, while still a student, he built a cello himself, which he still uses today.

After his training, he worked as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestral musician, and teacher in Europe. Later, he also began sharing music via social media, combining cello performances with nature footage and modern covers. This garnered him a great deal of attention worldwide.

Under the name “JODOKCELLO,” he grew into an internationally renowned online musician with millions of followers. He collaborated with brands and artists and performed in various international contexts. His music is characterized by the combination of classical cello and an accessible, visual style in natural settings.
