IN SIGHT(S) is a brand-new programme, (em)powered by the Makerscommunity, the established theatre makers affiliated with Theater Rotterdam. Watch their research and get to know their sources of inspiration, in lively conversations and unique performances. No incomprehensible texts, but craftsmanship highlighted from all senses.
In the first edition, makers Wijdeven and Mroivili presented a versatile programme about the opera: Het Pand der Goden and Mathieu's performance Helstone In Het Pand der Goden.
About the Makerscommunity
Grande Loge is part of the TR Makerscommunity, a group of eight makers and companies that are inextricably linked to Theater Rotterdam. From our theatre, they create non-conformist, often interdisciplinary theatre, in which the unspoken rules of theatre-making are questioned out loud. The Makerscommunity was founded in 2025 and has since been creating productions that travel throughout the country. In addition to the performances, the live sessions are a new way for the makers to share knowledge and inspiration, in all kinds of forms and in places outside the familiar theatre hall.
