Billy Corgan is coming to the Doelen with two exclusive shows!
Billy Corgan, the legendary frontman and creative force behind The Smashing Pumpkins, is coming to Rotterdam. On Saturday, August 29 and Sunday, August 30, he will present a unique, large-scale orchestral interpretation of the iconic 1995 double album "Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness," performed with a live orchestra and choir totaling 100 musicians.
As a Grammy winner and founder of The Smashing Pumpkins, Billy Corgan defined the musical landscape of an entire generation with Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of this groundbreaking masterpiece, Corgan has reinvented the album as a grand symphonic universe.
