Chris Stussy, Folamour, Honey Dijon and Eileen play Audio Obscura Festival
On Saturday 29 August, the iconic, monumental Van Nelle Factory transforms into a living festival site where electronic music, architecture and collective experience come together during the second Audio Obscura Festival. Chris Stussy returns after his acclaimed set at the first edition in 2024. Also in attendance are Prospa, DJ Heartstring, Eileen, Folamour, Honey Dijon. Tickets are available via this link.
Besides the names already mentioned, DJ Gigola b2b Chloé Caillet, Jöella Jackson b2b Rayzir, Max Dean, Marsolo, Obskür b2b Luuk van Dijk, Olive F and AAT will also be there. One more act will be highlighted at short notice. In addition, more names will be announced at a later date.
Part of ticket proceeds are for world heritage conservation
The former factory but also the entire outdoor area of the Van Nelle Factory is part of the programme. Halls, walkways and hidden spaces together form a sensory route in which sound, space and architecture reinforce each other. During previous events, the Van Nelle Fabriek already proved how perfectly its industrial character matches Audio Obscura's signature: connecting electronic music with cultural heritage and architectural beauty.
At Audio Obscura Festival, the architecture itself becomes the stage. Instead of imposing itself on the site, the festival responds to the history, scale and raw beauty of the Van Nelle Factory. The result is a unique open-air festival experience at a world heritage site. This edition also contributes to the future of the venue. Part of the ticket proceeds will be donated to the preservation of the Van Nelle Fabriek as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
