Şakalı Akustik: Harun Tekin & Koray Candemir Europe tour 2027

Koray Candemir is the voice of Kargo, the band from Izmir behind some of the most beloved Turkish rock songs from the nineties and noughties. At every concert, they are still sung along to word for word. Both wrote a significant part of the soundtrack of Turkish rock, and Şakalı Akustik brings those songs to a much more intimate setting.

Since starting in 2014, every performance of Şakalı Akustik has sold out. With only acoustic guitars and their voices, Harun and Koray play their own songs, each other's classics, and their favourite songs, stripped back to the core. Between the songs, the two old friends catch up, tease each other, and share stories from decades on tour. This makes the evening feel less like a concert and more like you are sitting in their living room. Count on an unfiltered, warm, and sincere evening full of humour, exactly as the name promises (“şakalı” means “with jokes”).
