New Year's Concert
Three choirs and a selection of guest musicians will take the stage of the Main Hall on Saturday, January 2, for a grand New Year's concert. With 250 members, the Sionskoor 5, conducted by Peter Wildeman, is one of the largest national choirs in the Netherlands. The choir performs a repertoire based on Reformed principles, in which tradition and musical experience come together.
Urker Zangers, known for their powerful voices and broad repertoire. They sing traditional Urker songs, sacred music, and arrangements of well-known melodies.
Christian men's choir Soli Deo Gloria, under the direction of Jaap Kramer, presents a program of classical choral pieces and spiritual songs, fitting the Urk singing tradition.
