Friday Night LIVE

On the third Friday of the month, you can visit the Kunsthal for bites & drinks, music & performances and, above all, a stimulating and inspiring programme with a healthy dose of art: all exhibitions are open until 22:00. Every edition, a different Rotterdam partner is in charge. On Friday 20 November, Dansateliers is in charge at the Kunsthal.

During Friday Night LIVE, the collaboration between the Kunsthal and Dansateliers takes centre stage. Expect an evening where dance, performance, film and music come together, in which you are invited not only to watch, but also to get moving yourself. Dansateliers in Rotterdam is a house for the development of contemporary dance cultures, where space is offered for research, experiment and exchange, and for supporting choreographers in (further) developing their work practice. Dansateliers acts as a base and flywheel for the makers you can get to know during Friday Night LIVE. Let yourself be surprised by performances, join in, discover dance on film and dance the night away yourself!
