Dakconcert - The Space Choir onderdeel van Rotterdamse Dakendagen
From pop hits to pure groove: The Space Choir takes over the roof of the Doelen during the Dakendagen Rotterdam with an energetic live show that won't let you stand still.
With The Space Choir, a new wind is blowing through the Dutch choral landscape. From twenty-somethings to retirees, the queer community, experienced or inexperienced vocalists, everyone grooves along! When Australian superstar Troye Sivan shared a video of them, the Dutch media jumped on it: from Het Parool to Hart van Nederland, from 3fm to Editie NL. Since then, they have been moving fast: for example, they were in the running for Holland's Got Talent and played to sold-out De Doelen and Melkweg. With pop songs like Daisies (Justin Bieber), Bodyguard (Beyoncé), and Back on 74 (Jungle), they make the audience dance, laugh, sing, and cry.

This event is part of the Rotterdam Roof Days. The sustainable roof on the Doelen is one of the projects of Life@Urban Roofs, part of the European LIFE programme for environment and climate action. The roof contributes to the ambitions of the Municipality of Rotterdam in the areas of sustainability, climate adaptation, the realization of 20 hectares of additional green space, and the restoration of biodiversity in the city.
