Common Ground Closing Party (MELLY CANTINA)
Kunstinstituut Melly invites you to the Common Ground Closing Party on Saturday, 13 September 2025 (19:00–23:00), marking the finale of the second edition of Tools for Conviviality, a collaborative project with Hiphophuis.
The evening features the final edition of Vinyl Confessions, a listening and conversation series that explores music, art, and personal storytelling. Veteran DJ and vinyl archivist Erwin Zimmerman (DJ Git Hyper) joins artist Dimitri Madimin for a performative conversation moderated by Tasha Slagtand, discussing vinyl culture, crate digging, and Rotterdam’s club history.
The night continues with live performances by DJ Git Hyper and Rotterdam rapper Duvel, followed by DJ sets from Soulfania and Dim Browski, offering music, dialogue, and celebration in the vibrant space of Melly’s ground floor.
