TIFA APINTIE #5 Roots, Rhythm & Resonance

About TIFA APINTIE

TIFA APINTIE returns to WORM Rotterdam. This time they are taking over the main hall for an evening where Surinamese and Moluccan roots meet contemporary club culture. The evening is rooted in a Rotterdam community of artists, DJs and music lovers and brings together different musical backgrounds and influences. The sound moves between electronic music and influences from the rich Surinamese and Moluccan diaspora.

Programme at WORM Rotterdam

The main hall of WORM will be filled with deep bass, rhythm and pure club energy. TIFA APINTIE is not about one genre, but about the connections between different sounds, generations and ways of moving. The artists build the dance floor through rhythm, energy and their own influences, while the cultural foundation of the evening remains present. TIFA APINTIE creates a space where culture is not only remembered, but also experienced and passed on. Identity, music and community come together in a night where you can recognise each other, make new connections and make room for the future of these cultures within Dutch club culture.
