With The Space Choir, a new wind is blowing through the Dutch choir landscape. From twenty-somethings to retirees, the queer community, experienced or inexperienced vocalists, everyone is welcome! The Space Choir was founded by Lucas Vermeer, who wants to connect people with this atypical choir. They sing unexpected 'bangers' such as So Hot You're Hurting My Feelings (Caroline Polachek), Bodyguard (Beyoncé) and Back on 74 (Jungle), under Vermeer's enthusiastic musical direction. That makes every colorful performance of The Space Choir a party where you can't sit still.
