The band, featuring eye-catcher Dave von Raven and its orchestra, will now be touring theaters to perform crowd-pleasers; classics like Goodnight Mr. President, Evening, Testament, The Land of Maas and Waal, The Traveler, Jimmy, and A Sixteen Girl will all be on the bill.

The original arrangements were meticulously rewritten and edited by arranger Reyer Zwart, paying tribute to arranger Bert Paige, who, at the time, elevated the work of Lennaert Nijgh and Boudewijn de Groot to an even higher level. The Kik once again received permission from the "Grandmaster" himself to perform his work.

The Kik has long been a household name. The band, fronted by singer Dave von Raven, is a welcome guest at festivals, theaters, and clubs. The band regularly appears on radio and television. They were once the house band at De Wereld Draait Door (The World Keeps Turning), and more recently, they've also been the house band at Beau & Eva. This promises to be a memorable musical tribute. An evening full of familiarity, where the music of yesteryear comes alive again—with all the warmth, depth, and originality that characterize The Kik and the work of Boudewijn de Groot.
