This edition brings together flamenco singer Carmen Fernández with dancer Claudia Karapanou and guitarist Lucas Arango.
The artists
Carmen Fernández, born in Utrera, learned traditional flamenco through her family and is known for her expressive style. She has worked on productions such as 'Bernarda' and 'Carmen' and performs worldwide. Claudia Karapanou, a Greek-Italian flamenco dancer, lived in Seville for six years for her training and has performed on various international stages. Lucas Arango, a Colombian flamenco guitarist, studied at the Fundación Cristina Heeren and Codarts Conservatory. He accompanies dancers and singers, and his playing combines modernity with the essence of flamenco.
