Slow Bal Workshop Day in Rotterdam

Looking for a dance that brings you joy and freedom? On Saturday, February 7th, we're organizing a Slow Bal day dedicated to this swing dance set to slow jazz music.

Slow Bal is a partner dance set to 1940s jazz music. The dance invites you to truly be in the moment. The slower tempo gives you the space to play with the music, explore your creative movements, and deepen your connection with your partner.

Sign up for the Slow Bal Club – Rotterdam Edition! We offer workshops at two levels, full of inspiration, technique, and playfulness. After the workshops, you can immediately continue dancing and practicing during the fun Tea Dance (a social dance, like a dance party, but in the afternoon).

The programme

We offer various workshops for dancers with Slow Bal experience as well as absolute beginners. You don't need your own dance partner to participate in one of the workshops or the Tea Dance.

Schedule

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Intermediate level

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch break

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Beginners level

4:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Tea Dance with Slow Ball and Slow Swing music
