With the release of the new album Celebrating Gospel: Love and Hope, Shirma Rouse, the 48-piece Royal Air Force Orchestra, and ZO! Gospel Choir pay a grand tribute to a genre that has moved and connected the world.

Gospel music also has a special connection with the Netherlands: as early as the 19th century, the Royal House invited African-American artists to perform here. That rich musical tradition now resonates on this special album, on which the great gospel classics of the past century are brought back to life.

A special live concert will take place around the album launch, presenting the new work. During this evening, Shirma Rouse, the 48-piece Royal Netherlands Air Force Orchestra, and ZO!
