Shanty Festival 2024
You wanted more shanty on Sunday morning in the Doelen, so after the great successes of our previous Shanty Festivals, we are organizing this festival again by popular request.
Several shanty choirs - the large stage of the Doelen will be completely full again - will take you along the most beautiful shanties this Sunday morning. All this again under the very enthusiastic musical direction of Paula and Anny van Wanrooy. With all these choirs a great joint harmonious musical concept is created, in which there is room for both traditional shanty's and sailor songs. Come and sing along and join in on the musical turbulent waves on this Sunday morning!
