Rotterdam festival for Athletics

Experience the thrill of athletics at the Rotterdam Festival for Athletics (RFFA)! This event in Rotterdam combines elite and recreational sports with a special youth program and a fun festival atmosphere. Meet athletes and enjoy a day full of sports and fun.

The idea behind RFFA

It all started with an idea: how great would it be to put Rotterdam on the map as a city of athletics? After all, many top Dutch athletes took their first steps in athletics in Rotterdam. This idea led to the creation of RFFA in 2021, a collaboration between two Rotterdam athletics clubs: PAC and Rotterdam Athletics (RA).

Top and recreational sports in festival style

The RFFA combines elite and recreational sports in a festival-style setting. The fifth edition will take place in 2026.

Talent development

Together we want to offer top talent a platform and inspire young people to follow in their footsteps.
