Pluk eventueel de dag Janneke de Bijl
Camaretten winner Janneke de Bijl surprises with bone-dry, funny and honest stories. She says exactly what you are thinking, even if you were thinking it secretly. Not crude, but straight to the point.
Janneke thinks life is a bad concept. Aren't you just trapped in a body that is on its way to the abyss? That is why she has a lot of ideas about how life could be better. She doesn't believe in a God, so she is telling you instead.
Pluk eventueel de dag was awarded four stars by de Volkskrant and Trouw. Het Parool named the show one of the three best cabaret performances of 2025: “Filled to the brim with beautiful sentences, good stories and witty intermezzos.”
Janneke is a cabaret performer, writer and philosopher. She won Cameretten, is a member of Comedytrain and was named comedy talent of 2019 by de Volkskrant. You may know her from her appearances on the show by Arjen Lubach or from her columns as Druktemaker on NPO Radio 1. To relax, she recently started studying law.
