Traditional yoga offers a profound way to unite movement and mindfulness, creating a space for purification and clarity. The workshop begins with a 45-minute guided session focusing on body awareness and breath connection, followed by a short break to recharge and reflect. The second 45-minute session deepens the experience with visualization techniques, fluid spinal movements, and pranayama to activate both energy and awareness.
The practice is designed to release blocked energy in the joints and tendons. This gentle opening allows prana to flow freely, revitalizing the body while fostering both physical and mental balance. Participants will also explore the energetic and physical alignment of sun salutations, a powerful sequence that builds strength and enhances vitality.
