At the Kunsthal, you can discover the work of the nominees for the NN Art Award 2026. You will be introduced to the work of Tina Farifteh , Mandy Franca , Fiona Lutjenhuis , and Kyra Nijskens . The award is being presented for the tenth time to an artist trained in the Netherlands. These artists are presenting their work at the Art Rotterdam art fair. The selection and influence of art
A professional jury selected the 4 finalists from more than 40 entries. The jury consisted of Marianne Splint, Pris Roos, Jacquill G. Basdew, Edo Dijksterhuis, and Maartje de Roy van Zuydewijn. The winner receives a cash prize to further develop their work. Tina Farifteh investigates power structures and their influence. Mandy Franca examines connectedness and everyday value. Fiona Lutjenhuis reinterprets religious ideas from her youth. Finally, Kyra Nijskens investigates how people influence and change ecological systems.
