Mr. Goodman: The Kiteman
The exhibition Mr. Goodman: The Kiteman presents a fascinating overview of kites from all parts of the world. The selection of over 300 kites comes from the collection of British collector Malcolm Goodman. During his travels through some fifty countries, he managed to acquire more than 500 specimens. The exhibition is being realized in collaboration with The Kite Club.

The exhibition Mr. Goodman: The Kiteman displays a remarkable collection of kites from various continents. The exhibition, created in collaboration with The Kite Club , reveals the versatility and history of the kite, which has fascinated people for centuries.
Kites with a story
Discover kites that were traditionally used to ward off diseases. You will also find examples that, equipped with bamboo whistles and strings, make music in the air. Admire hand-painted Japanese kites by masters, recognized as living national heritage. Also view the large fighting kites, with which kite teams have been battling each other in Japan for three centuries.
