The Goldmund Quartet from Germany is regarded as one of the leading string quartets of its generation and is in high demand worldwide on all major chamber music stages. This is no wonder when you consider the greats with whom the quartet studied, after which it won the competitions at Wigmore Hall and Melbourne and secured many other prizes.

Also unique: all musicians play an instrument by Antonio Stradivarius. The Goldmund Quartet presents a magnificent program of Schubert, Beethoven, and Dvorák, full of movingly beautiful music in which the string quartet is highlighted in all its facets.
