ECHOES

Group Exhibition of the Ceramics Handbuilding Course (SKVR)

Saturday 12 July + Sunday 13 July 2025

Location: Het Archief (Artspace)

What resonates through clay? A memory, a shape, a gesture?

In this exhibition, participants from the Monday morning, Monday afternoon, and Thursday evening groups of the SKVR Ceramics course will present their work under the theme of Echoes.

Under the guidance of instructor Patricio Ferrada Mercado, they created ceramic works in which traces of time, repetition and personal stories can be found. With their hands, they shaped stories from clay - each echo unique in tone, rhythm, and meaning.

The exhibition ECHOES is on show in Het Archief - a location for works in which the past, process, and memory resonate.

Participating artists: Sophie Allerding, Aniek Baartmans, Gini van den Berg, Irma van Berkel, Margriet Duisters, Femke, Patricio Ferrada Mercado, Dorine van Gorp, Fernanda Groenendijk, Wilma van de Hel, Piene van Hellemondt, Danique van Hulst, Jolien, Henk Knoop, Barry Kremers, Sascha Lancée, Yuna Lee, Hai Dong Liu, Karen López, Emilia Martin, Moira Ramone, Peggy Rohen, Margo van Toledo, Carolien Verzaal, Viola, Nina Voulis, Janet de Vries, Suzan Willems, Marijke van Zuilen.
