De Niemanders Café Habibi
Café Habibi
The Nobodies: a musical mission
De Niemanders is a band that gives a voice to people in difficult situations. They previously made an album with inmates in Dutch prisons. Now, they are giving asylum seekers a platform with their latest album and live shows. You can experience this unique mix of singers and musical styles for the first time in the theater with the show Café Habibi .
An irresistible groove
Previously, the audience danced at festivals like Down The Rabbit Hole and Into The Great Wide Open , in pop venues, and even at the King's Day concert. De Niemanders give you meters of goosebumps with their irresistible groove. Many unique singers and musicians – some of whom live or have lived in asylum seeker centers – contribute to this. You have to see this band. It hits you right in the heart and on your hips.
Welcome to Café Habibi
De Niemanders are taking the next step. The 12-member musical family invites you into their self-created universe: Café Habibi . The band moves through the performance like a globe on legs. Expect a journey from Arabic floor-killers to opera, always with a healthy dose of soul, gospel, and alternative rock. Music proves to be a universal language here. One reviewer aptly wrote: 'If we ever have to explain what music is to aliens, we’ll send De Niemanders'.
