What does the future of Dutch dance look like? You’ll see it, feel it, and experience it this autumn during DANSLOKAAL 13 – the annual talent hub by Conny Janssen Danst, where the creators of tomorrow are given the space to develop their signature styles within the professional environment of the dance company.

For thirteen years, DANSLOKAAL has been the go-to platform where emerging choreographers collaborate with the dancers and creative team of Conny Janssen Danst. For this thirteenth edition, artistic director Conny Janssen teams up with creative partners to select three distinct makers who use dance as both an artistic and social statement:

• Sheree Lenting, nominated by Dansateliers Rotterdam
• Faizah Grootens, nominated by Korzo The Hague
• Andrea Costanzo Martini, winner of the Conny Janssen Danst Partner Award at RIDCC 2024

The result: three distinctive short works, each about twenty minutes long.
