Connecting Voices - Avi Kaplan en MAZE Voices

This evening will be a special collaboration between American singer-songwriter Avi Kaplan (former member of Pentatonix), the Rotterdam-founded vocal group MAZE Voices, and a number of music theatre students from Codarts. In addition to the concert, there is also an opportunity to attend a workshop in the afternoon by Avi Kaplan and Merel Martens (the musical director of MAZE Voices) in which singing, improvising, and making music together are central. Avi Kaplan is paying a short visit to Europe and, besides the Netherlands, is only visiting Denmark and Lithuania. A unique opportunity to see this top artist at work live. That evening, he will perform music from his latest album, among other things. MAZE Voices is an ambitious and innovative a cappella vocal group that is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. In addition to participating in a number of TV programmes, they perform regularly both at home and abroad. In 2018, for example, they won the SingStrong Festival in New York. This evening is full of special musical collaborations.
