Brotherflow Workshop #4: Adem, Lichaam & Broederschap

The ‘Laboratorium voor nieuwe vormen van mannelijkheid’ consists of four somatic workshops in which it is explored how masculinity can be experienced through the body: by feeling, listening, playing and connecting. The programme: 25 Oct: De Heilige Bekken – Het Centrum van de Groove with Diego Oliveira & Priscilla Verwaaijen 8 Nov: Bewustwording door Aanraking with Joost van Veen & Pedro Lechuga-Farias 22 Nov: De wonden die ons ervan weerhouden onszelf te zijn with Lester David Arias 13 Dec: Adem, Lichaam & Broederschap with Luis Bracamontes Workshop #4: Adem, Lichaam & Broederschap A body-oriented workshop about touch, presence and connection. Through breathing, self-touch and sensory exercises, we explore different textures, sensations and ways of contact. We examine how we give, receive or avoid touch, with attention to boundaries, consent, tenderness and presence. Every exercise is optional: you decide for yourself how you participate. This workshop is intended for everyone who identifies as a man, aged 18 and older.
