Bardo is a Tibetan word that means ‘transition’ or ‘intermediate state’. It is often used to refer to the period between death and rebirth, but bardos occur throughout life. These are moments when an increased possibility for liberation or enlightenment arises. During this study weekend, you will delve into the teachings of the Bardos under the guidance of Lama Jigme.

Integration into daily life

Lama Jigme shares insights on how you can integrate this knowledge into your daily life. There is ample opportunity to ask questions after the lessons. This lecture can be followed both online and in person and is suitable for anyone interested in this subject; prior knowledge of Buddhism is not necessary. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or age.
