Take a trip to Koos's (Henk Poort) local flower shop. Koos's daughters support their father in the shop after their mother's passing. Essentially, the girls do the work, while Koos provides the entertainment. One day, the famous singer Toon visits the shop and instantly falls in love with one of the daughters. Unfortunately, Kobie, Toon's mother (Marjolijn Touw / Anne-Mieke Ruyten), doesn't think this new flame is good enough for her son. This leads to a series of hilarious and touching situations. We also get a glimpse into the past of Koos and Kobie. Will things go the same way again?

The musicians of Het Trio van Toen (The Trio of the Past) take you on a musical journey through memories, playing the most beautiful songs of the past.
