THE YOGA & SOUND BATH The yoga practice focuses on gentle movement, body awareness and conscious breathing, creating a natural transition into the sound bath. There will be no standing poses and suitable for each level. The sound bath begins with each person seated in a comfortable position. A brief guided breathing, followed by a few gentle moments to heighten your sensory awareness.
