High above the city you will find Celest, floating. A premium cocktail bar and restaurant with a spectacular view of Rotterdam and beyond. Situated at the top of the Zalmhaventoren, the highest building of the Benelux you can enjoy artisanal drinks and meals.

In an air balloon to the moon

Celest draws its inspiration from 'The Unparalleled Adventure of One Hans Pfaall', a story by Edgar Allan Poe about a Rotterdam resident who travels to the moon in a hot air balloon he constructed himself. You'll see the story reflected in Celest's interior, designed by Doepel Strijkers. The 57th floor, where you find the cocktailbar, is based on a lunar landscape with a big hanging moon. In the restaurant the interior shows the different colors the sun can show on earth.

Lunch, cocktails or dinner

Drinking a coffee with a pastry, having lunch, sipping on a cocktail during sunset or dining throughout the evening: Celest does it all. On the menu you'll find luxurious dishes with local and seasonal ingredients. One thing on the menu that is guaranteed, the amazing view of the city.

Business events

Celest is also a great place to organize events, drinks with colleagues, network events, press releases or lavish dinners. The full 57th floor has space for 275 guests and the restaurant can host up to 108 persons for dinner. It's also possible to rent a smaller section of the space.
