In the Babel theater hall, you are welcome for surprising, socially engaged performances, from professional musical theater to unique new creative projects.
Theatrical adventurers are welcome to attend interim presentations and tryouts. Babel also regularly performs at festivals and theaters throughout the country.
Babel is a home for inclusive performing arts. A sanctuary where the (Rotterdam) performing arts explore and envision an inclusive society. Babel boasts a professionally operating ensemble that reflects the diversity of society. Babel offers a curriculum for talented artists who are not (yet) accepted into professional arts schools. For schools, it offers school performances and inclusive theater workshops. Emerging creatives can join Babel for a residency program that includes training, research, and production.
