Learn how to approach your wardrobe strategically. With fashion journalist Anna Roos van Wijngaarden and fashion psychologist Anke Vermeer.

Why does a blouse from your grandmother feel familiar? Or why does a black dress give you strength? Clothing evokes feelings that determine how you behave in it. We call this enclothed cognition. In the Brainstyling workshop, you will discover how you can use this psychological phenomenon to strengthen your personal style. What we will do: We will examine one of your favorite pieces of clothing using fashion psychology, by getting creative and reflecting both in a group and individually. You will make a fashion collage and go home with practical tips on how to deal with your wardrobe strategically. Practical: Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026 Times:• Group 1: 12:00 – 13:30• Group 2: 13:45 – 15:15• Group 3: 15:30 – 17:00 Max. 15 participants per time slot – full = full Location: Nieuwe Instituut – Museumpark 25, 3015 EK, Rotterdam Ticket price: €7.50 Includes materials, tea, and a treat.
