Workshop heesters snoeien op het Dakpark

at the Dakpark On Saturday, November 7, from 10 am to 2 pm, you can take part in a workshop on pruning shrubs at the Dakpark. It is Natuurwerkdag and we are going to prune the Zeeuwse haag by hand so that it produces plenty of flowers and berries. The hedge is a breeding ground and snack bar for birds and insects, is more than a kilometer long, and various types of shrubs grow in it! It is a big job every year, for which we could really use some help! Ruud Mol, a gardener at Dolmans Group, will provide an explanation about the species and how to maintain them. Learn the tricks of the trade of pruning. You can ask questions while you work. This way, you will gain a lot of knowledge and experience! Come and enjoy the fresh outdoor air, meet new people, and experience how pleasant it is to do something for nature together. You can find the Buurttuin at the Dakpark to the left of the stairs at the intersection of the Hudsonstraat and the Catharina Beersmansstraat.
