Wanderings - Tim Knol

Tim Knol is certainly no stranger to Walhalla. He previously performed here with the theatre concerts Gets the Blues and Lost & Found II. In the meantime, he has completely found his thing: Tim Knol walks. Not with the dog, but around Texel, through Norway with his daughter on his back, around the IJsselmeer, from the three-country point to Groningen. During these walks, he looks back on his previous life as the sociable, but also dangerously fat singer-songwriter.

Walking has slowly but surely crept into Tim's songs. Restlessness has made way for contemplation, anger is now love. During the performance Wanderings, Tim talks about his walks and plays the songs that played an important role during these long journeys.

Fortunately, much is still the same as before. Tim alone on a stage full of instruments, beautiful covers and many new songs. What has changed? Tim himself. That is what Wanderings is about. Reflection while walking and doing something beautiful with it.
