In *Vaderziel alleen*, Sarah-Jane tells how growing up without a father shaped her. As a young girl, she discovers that her father has a completely different family and that she and her mother fit in completely. How do you cope with this as a young girl? What choices do you make? And how does that shape you into an adult woman?

In this solo performance, Sarah-Jane shares her personal experiences in a confrontational, playful, funny, and musical way. It addresses a societal topic centering on bullying, negative self-image, and depression, thereby appealing to a broad audience. She gives you a glimpse into her heart and reveals what is really going on inside.
