This summer, a powerful wave of female hip hop from Senegal will bring new energy to Rotterdam. On July 10, three leading rappers will take the stage at V11 during North Sea Round Town 2025, for their long-awaited Dutch premiere.

These artists tour West Africa and Southern Europe, and have been spotted by The Guardian and BBC. With a sound that effortlessly blends African roots with Western pop, they bring not only danceable beats but also urgent stories about women's rights, sexual assault and violence.
